The Bobcat GC55C-9 is a 12,000 lb four-wheel LPG cushion-tire forklift and the highest-capacity cushion truck Bobcat builds. It shares the PSI 4.3L or Kubota WG3800 3.8L engine options with the GC35S-9 and GC45S-9 below it.
At 155.5 in overall length and a 97 in turning radius, it is built for the heaviest indoor loads in steel, building-materials, and heavy manufacturing work, on a standard mast lift height slightly shorter than the smaller GC35S-9 and GC45S-9 to keep stability at full capacity.
LPG power keeps it running across shifts without a charging window, and cushion tires keep it stable on smooth concrete despite the added weight and capacity.
