Breakdown repair
When a unit goes down mid-shift, we dispatch a field technician to your site. Technicians carry common parts and diagnostic equipment in the service truck to handle many repairs on the first visit.
For complex repairs requiring shop time, we coordinate pickup, complete the work, and return the unit. We will keep you informed on status and parts lead times so you can plan your operation around the downtime.
Fleet checks
A fleet check covers your entire operation in one visit: technicians inspect each unit, document findings, and return a prioritized report of what needs attention. It is a fast way to understand your fleet's condition without waiting for failures to surface one at a time.
Fleet checks are a good starting point before a maintenance agreement and useful for operations that acquired equipment without service history.
Operator training
Keeping trucks safe is only half the job — OSHA also requires trained, evaluated operators. We deliver OSHA-compliant operator training at your facility or ours, including three-year re-evaluations and train-the-trainer programs.
