The Bobcat BC25S-7 is a 5,000 lb four-wheel electric counterbalance forklift in Bobcat’s medium-capacity BC-7 cushion tire line. Its 48V drivetrain and cushion tires are built for smooth indoor concrete, standing in for propane cushion trucks in the 5,000 lb class.
In plastics and injection molding plants, the BC25S-7 handles resin gaylords and finished-parts totes on the smooth floors typical of a molding floor. Its 9.6 mph travel speed and 24-inch load center keep material moving between presses and staging without the ventilation concerns of an internal combustion engine.
At 5,000 lb it sits above the 4,000 lb BC20S-7 and matches the BC25SE-7 at the same capacity. Its 124.7-inch overall length and 73.3-inch turning radius keep its footprint close to the smaller BC20S-7 despite the added capacity.
