The Bobcat BC20S-7 is a 4,000 lb four-wheel electric counterbalance forklift, the entry point of Bobcat’s medium-capacity BC-7 cushion tire line. Its 48V drivetrain and cushion tires are built for smooth indoor concrete, standing in for propane cushion trucks in the 4,000 to 5,000 lb class without the exhaust or fuel storage.
In printing and converting plants, the BC20S-7 moves roll stock, cartons, and skids across polished concrete without leaving exhaust residue near finished paper goods. Its 24-inch load center and 9.6 mph travel speed keep pallets moving between the press floor and staging.
At 4,000 lb it is the lightest-capacity model in the BC-7 medium-capacity line, a step below the 5,000 lb BC25S-7 and BC25SE-7. Its 124-inch overall length and 73.2-inch turning radius are also the tightest of the five, useful in narrower plant aisles.
