The Bobcat D55C-9 is a 12,000 lb four-wheel diesel pneumatic-tire forklift and the top of Bobcat’s midsize-capacity 9 Series diesel range. It shares the 74 hp HDI engine and 83.3 in wheelbase with the D45S-9 and D50C-9 below it.
At 179.5 in overall length, it’s the longest truck in the midsize-capacity diesel family, the tradeoff for carrying the most capacity on this chassis before stepping up to the large-capacity D60S-9.
