It carries the same rear single-drive-wheel layout as its siblings, giving it a 64.9 in outside turning radius that beats what most four-wheel trucks manage at this capacity. It is available in cushion or pneumatic tires depending on your floor.
The 48V system runs on lead-acid or the high-performance lithium-ion option, which carries a 6-year / 12,000-hour warranty and supports opportunity charging between shifts. Travel speed reaches 8.7 mph, enough to keep pallet moves efficient across a full shift. There is no dedicated battery room to build if you go the lithium-ion route.
At 4,000 lb the B20T-7 Plus is the pick when you need real capacity but cannot give up the tight-turning three-wheel chassis, above the 3,000 lb B15T-7 Plus and the 3,500 lb B18T-7 Plus. That combination suits older buildings with congested floors and narrow aisles laid out before four-wheel electric trucks became common. It holds the same maneuverability as its lighter siblings while handling heavier, denser pallets.
